The South Pender Local Trust Committee asked staff to report back with the town hall’s results, priorities and options, after residents shared ideas for the committee’s work program.[1]
The discussion included proposals about housing options, emergency preparedness, forest management, communication and reviewing bylaws. The minutes record these as public comments, not decisions to take on those projects.[1]
Trustee Falck said ideas would be collected and a poll or survey sent to property owners for further input; the minutes also say the committee was looking to identify one minor project for the coming year.[1]
The recording includes discussion of how to gather input from people who were not at the meeting. A speaker said they hoped to have survey results by the May meeting, with the possibility of extending the process if results were not in.[2]
The committee’s motion requesting a staff report on the town hall results, priorities and options carried. The next regular meeting was scheduled for May 5, 2023.[1]

I'm hoping that by the May meeting we'll have some results in. If we don't, we'll extend it.
